Iโm up to 183 too after two years of absolute upheaval to my life!! I would LOVE to get back to 160 (havenโt been that since college) but I was around 170-173 when I was in the best shape of my life. Muscle tone and all, and it was during the pandemic of all times! Taped danced classes from dance studios and barre three times a day and healthy food delivery helped me get there. I had my ex make sure to not enter the room during that time because I was already felt weird doing all of it at home (still not sure why I feel that way)
My metabolism is shot and I work three jobs struggling to get by with no free time, but Iโm going to try. PLEASE share what works for you. I wish we could start a group to help keep each other accountable along our journeys. That does help a lot!
Iโm in!!! Have a concert weekend coming up at the end of April!!! And graduation in May! So I need this!!! Starting at 175lbs goal 165!!! For the concert ultimate goal is 150lbs-155lbs
New job, new mindset, not itโs time for a healthy body! My job also comes with a free health coach so I felt like it was a sign to get back to a healthier version of myself. Iโm only 5โ0 but I weigh 160 which for me is heavy and makes me a bit sluggish. 150 is my comfort zone, 140-45 is my confident zone ๐
Please do share the routine you decide upon! Iโm excited to see what you find because I am very self conscious at the gym and prefer to be home!
